Anna Di Landro
Born in Pazzano (RC), she graduated from the University of Milan with a dermatological thesis topic "the hookworm skin." Since January 1979 she attended the Dermatology Clinic headed by Prof. T. Cainelli and, at the same University, she specialized with honors in Dermatology and Venereology in November 1982. She practiced as a specialist outpatient at the ASL Treviglio (BG) and at the Dermatology Clinic of OORR of Bergamo-University of Milano-Bicocca. She has published about ninety papers on national and international journals and participated in various conferences as a speaker.
She graduated from the University of Trento in Sociology and is with Centro Studi GISED since 1998, where she started as secretary and by taking care of the administration; she moved then on to coordinating a few research projects. Her motto is: Exams never end!
He has a degree in Tactical media and viral communication strategy from the free university PaćPaciana of Bergamo. He is one of the admin of the Indymedia Italia network. He has always been a strong supporter of the free access to information and since 1998 partecipates to the Free Software movement. He collaborates with Centro Studi GISED taking care of the IT-side of the research projects. He loves trips and escape!
Surgeon specialized in Odontostomatology. She has been collaborating with Centro Studi GISED since 2003 dealing with skin complications in subjects with organ transplants. She had also completed a randomized clinical study on the efficacy of the combinations of 308 nm excimer laser and hydrocortisone in the treatment of vitiligo in the face/neck area.
She has a degree in Biological Sciences and has done her study and research first at the University of Lecce and then in various research institutes in Bergamo and in Milan. As a member of Centro Studi GISED she takes care of the scientific updates of internet websites, mostly by reading scientific journals and surfing the net.
She graduated in accounting in 2004 and had a degree in Law with honors in 2009 from the University of Bergamo. She collaborates with Centro Studi GISED in the administrative area, where she is responsible for accounting and contracts.
She holds a PhD in Biomedical Technologies from the University of Milano-Bicocca. She completed her post-graduate internship and post-doctorate at the Yale University Medical School (USA) in the Department of Genetics and Molecular Biology and in the Yale liver Center, where her studies focused on the physiopathology of the biliary epithelium in polycystic liver disease and congenital hepatic fibrosis. For Centro study GISED she designed and developed a preclinical study for the transplantation of melanocytes in vitiligo, upon in vitro expansion. She had also coordinated a multi-centric international study on pharmacoepidemiology of Ketoprofen and other NSAIDs.
He got his degree in Mathematics in Milan and attended a Master in Industrial Applications where he specialized in digital image elaborations and mathematical modelling. Since 2006, he has collaborated with Centro Studi GISED in the project of Imaging and assisted diagnosis in dermatology. Since 2008 he also has worked on statistical analysis and internet sites administration and development. Since January 2015 he started a collaboration with the University Hospital of Bern where he deals with epidemiology and statistics.
